musings

Sometimes you need to be sure that to tune yourself out is not selfish. Of course there are things to be worried about, that deserve your concern, but being all the time occupied about them wouldn't help matters. What usually happens is you'll have to put up with an extreme feeling of guilt which strangely, makes you think as if you've made your contribution to the cause, the issue in question. But have you?
You're just being melancholic, nothing more. It does make you feel a bit special, for no justifiable reason, I'm afraid.
What happens when you can't make your contribution? I don't know. I guess that's why things happen once in a while, to re-position yourself, remind you of what you have, and perhaps, of how privileged you are.
